By downloading, installing, or using Jumpshot AI ("the App"), operated by Supersparks Apps Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Jumpshot AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze basketball shooting form from user-uploaded videos. The App provides feedback, tips, and progress tracking to help users improve their jumpshot.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Jumpshot AI offers free and premium subscription tiers:

Free Tier: Limited number of analyses per month
Premium Monthly: Unlimited analyses, full feature access
Premium Annual: Unlimited analyses, full feature access at a discounted rate

Auto-Renewal Terms

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.

Manage Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policies.

5. User Content

By uploading videos to the App, you:

Grant us a license to process and analyze the content for the purpose of providing the service
Represent that you have the right to upload the content
Agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
Understand that you retain ownership of your videos

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Upload malicious content or viruses
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Use the App to harass or harm others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will be error-free or that following the feedback will improve your basketball performance. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes and should not replace professional coaching or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supersparks Apps Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury from following workout or training suggestions.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and AI technology, is owned by Supersparks Apps Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
